Emails in HTML can contain pictures and are
better presented to the customer while text emails are plain and in one size of
text - the layouts are shown to you before sending. However some customers may
not be able to receive HTML emails and they will be returned to you.
We would advise developing two sets of
customer email circulation lists.

The ship details will
be displayed in an HTML format. After finding your ship, select File/Send/Page by E-Mail on your browser
menu bar to open an email in your preferred Email programme.
