Ocean Ports of Call

Anjouan - Comoros Islands Highlights:
Mutsamudu, rivers, waterfalls, coral reefs and beaches
Anjouan (Nzwani) Island is one the four Comoros Islands, lying 180 miles (290 km) off the eastern coast of Africa. Nzwani, is a triangular island with the volcanic Mount Ntingui in the centre rising to about 5,200 feet (1,580 metres). There are no good natural harbours and Mutsamudu, on the northwest coast, is the chief town and port. Coral reefs provide some of the world's best diving areas and there are broad sandy beaches fringed by isolated groups of coconut palms or mangrove trees.

There are no cruises currently listed for this port of call.
