Cenderawasih Bay (Teluk Cenderawasih meaning Bird of Paradise Bay), is a large bay in northern Province of Papua and West Papua, New Guinea, Indonesia. The western part of the bay was declared a marine national park in 2002 with 80sqkm of pristine coral reefs which support over 200 species of tropical fish. Here it is possible to find whale sharks and other wildlife, including dugongs, dolphins, blue whales and four species of turtle, including the endangered Leatherback.

The Bay contains many islands including the Auri Islands archipelago, the Biak Islands (Schouten archipelago), the Yapen Islands, Amboi Islands, Kuran Islands and Moor Islands archipelago. The principal island is Biak.
