A stroll along the Admiral's Walk in downtown Digby will lead visitors to the Admiral Digby Museum, named after Sir Robert Digby, who led pioneers to the town in 1783. The nearby Fisherman's Memorial Park pays homage to the fallen fishermen from Digby's past. Digby is well-known as the scallop capital of the world and each year in August the locals hold Digby Scallop Days.
