With her handsome profile and traditional walk around promenade deck, Astoria is a classic beautifully restored ocean going cruise ship carrying just 550 guests and offers a wide selection of very well appointed and comfortable public lounges and cabins.  Astoria passengers tend to be 45+ and British. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 29.4 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.1 passengers. Cabins are of a reasonable size with aircon and are plainly decorated. They are quite well equipped although storage space in some is limited . Generally sound insulation is poor. A Jacuzzi bath is provided in the suites.

There is one swimming pool and a wooden wraparound promenade deck but outdoor deck space is limited . The fitness centre has a gym, sauna, treatment rooms, a beauty salon and jogging track.
