Crystal Serenity is a handsome ship that has everything for the discerning cruise passenger prepared to pay and will offer even more space, dining rooms and facilities than its sister ships. Service is friendly and highly professional on this line.  Crystal Serenity passengers tend to be Wealthy, 50+ and Mainly American. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 62 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2 passengers. Casual and comfortable during the day. Evenings range from smart casual (shirt & trousers) to informal (jacket and tie for gentlemen and casual elegance for ladies). Formal evenings require a suit or dinner jacket for men and a cocktail dress for ladies.
Basic gratuities are included in your fare for cabin and restaurant staff. Allow a $6 tip per passenger for each dinner at the speciality restaurant and 15% on all beauty treatments. 15% is automatically added to all drinks.
